Your Systems Administrator may also ask you to activate the chat link on the right frame.

A new window should appear with your Administrator's name. Just click on your Administrators Name to start your remote support session.

Just click on the link above to download the file and run it by double clicking the file. Then a unique ID and password will be presented to you.
